Stories that didn't make

Phew! The geek news is flowing fast this week! Beyond such gems like the Cruella and Mortal Kombat trailers that dropped after we recorded, there was just too much geeky news for us to talk about in our brief time with you. Here are some of the stories that didn't make the cut, but might interest you!

• Donald Glover and Phoebe Waller Bridges are doing a Mr. and Mrs. Smith tv show for Amazon.
• There are some fun details out about the progress of the Uncharted movie.
• Netflix is doing a really cute kids TV show about food and cooking with puppets.
• There is a new prequel cartoon coming to HBO Max about Gremlins. 
• Deadpool 5th anniversary antics.
• After 5 years we are getting a lovely Disney Animation short before Raya and the Last Dragon.
• Another Godzilla vs. Kong trailer.

A day late, but no less geeky

While we know not everyone is in to Valentines Day, we though it was a perfect time to share the love on some worthy news items, adoringly reminisce on the fictional crushes that shaped our geekihood, and make a love connection between two unlikely stories.
